"The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive"

"Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. "

"It was a very wonderful place to stay We stayed for 14 days and had such a relaxing Time. Plus there was this restaurant near by called the Ozone the food was fantastic Beautiful resort right on the water hopefully we will make it back to this place"

"This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay."

"Soverommene og sengene er greit. Fint utsikt mot hav og by. Kjøkken redskapet er så dårlig Avløpet i dusjen er ganske tett Heisene i bygget har ikke aircondition (veldig varm når man står inne)"
