"Everything was great. I checked out today and left my AirPods and I’m trying to figure out how to get them back if someone could reach out! I haven’t had any luck getting in touch with anyone."
"Beautiful lobby, we had a mineral water room, fantastic ice cream downstairs, walked to a rooftop restaurant for dinner. The Arlington is walking distance to the shops & National Park site downtown. Mineral water fountains & restaurant in lobby. Beautiful historic hotel!"
"This hotel was very rundown and filthy! The room had years of dirt and grime in the doors and corners. The staff was insufficient to fix issues during our stay. The breakfast room was especially dirty with food being left out over night. There was no fresh fruit, dairy, or juice. The hot items were microwaved from frozen scrambled egg and sausage patties, biscuits, and dubious “gravy”. There was no cereal. There was no attendant working in the breakfast area. The front desk person came to replace inedible items upon request and handled food without groves and did not wear a hairnet in the food prep or dining areas.
There is a sign guaranteeing cleanliness and good repair, however, the manager refused us a refund. He did, however, allow us to check out after one day so we could choose a more suitable accommodation for the rest of our stay in Hot Springs.
Expedia’s was very helpful and gave us a $50 credit for the haste and bad breakfast."
"The entire stay was enjoyable i only wish i could have gotten more cookies at the front desk but the staff was amazing and very kind and helpful , cookies were 10/10 as well as staff"
Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
6/10 Okay
"According to the staff at the front desk they do not have a "premium room". We booked through hotels.com and when I called I was told that we had the premium suite.
Second issue was, when we left the hotel on the first day (we checked in late the night before) it appeared that someone had rearranged all of our things. When the front desked was informed they simply apologized.
Next issue was pertaining to the size of the room compared to what we paid. Nothing special just a basic hotel!
Breakfast was great and there is a bar."
