The room was clean and orderly. The rooms on the “ground” floor were under the ground level/parking lot level so light from the street/parking lot was able to penetrate the room even with all the drapes closed. It was quite bright and made it hard to sleep well. See attached picture. I also booked two rooms-exactly the same-for our trip. Upon checkout I was charged different rates for each room. Each room was the same size, had the same size bed and other furnishings, as well as the lighting issue coming through from the street/parking lot. I don’t understand why the charges were different for each room.
The staff was courteous and helpful, but the facility needs some improvement. If I visit Twin Falls again, I will likely stay someplace else.
