We enjoyed our stay from the beginning: friendly and professional staff; fast service; clean room and linen; comfortable bed; great water pressure in the shower head; and wonderful breakfast. This hotel will be our preferred lodging on future trips to Tyler.

Family Reunion 2023

The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and fresh. The AC worked very well with the summer temperatures above 100 degrees each day that we spent in Tyler. We will come again and stay at Quality Inn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed they had low sugar cranberry juice! As a diabetic I never have juice options when eating out so that was really nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.

Clean your bathrooms!

The bathroom ceiling had a huge patch of mold (almost over the whole shower big), the toilet seat wasn't the right kind or size for the toilet, and there was a roach in the shower. The room itself was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was gross. In the morning there was advertised free breakfast but since only one worker was working they could not keep up with the demand and most things were empty.

They are so rude and o professional flat out lied to me about the 100$ deposit room was filthy and bugs crawling around the room and tables took 30 minutes to find some bony to check in ! Never ever ever again
