"The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness."

"Very nice clean property while staying at Heraklion, staff was always very helpful especially with parking, great location close to port and not too far from airport. Property was conveniently located near lots of places to eat and walking distance to ocean to watch amazing sunsets."

I highly recommend the Italian restaurant on site, just make sure to book first thing as they require an advance reservation for the restaurants that are not the buffet. "Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. "The room was very nice and clean, the staff were lovely (they even called the rental car company for me to sort out a misunderstanding) and we were very happy with the fitness room and the pool. Overall we would stay again!"

"The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years."
