"The rental had many stains on the carpet and what looked like burns as well. The master bedroom had water stains in the ceiling near the sliding door. Some of the walls in the rental showed more water stains. The floors squeezed on the top floor. You could here footsteps throughout the rental whenever anyone walked across the floor. The walls between the master bedroom and the adjacent rental are thin. You could hear the renters next door talk. The rental needs some repairs to bring it up to...

"We enjoyed the property but it could have been cleaned better. There were chunks of dust under the beds and dressers which makes me believe that the floors were not very clean. I understand about being pet friendly but again, it didnt look like the area rug in the den had been vacuumed as there were clumps of dog hair still remaining."
