"Perfect location ion at the airport in the parking lot (free parking) next to terminal C. Friendly check in and easy check in. Rooms with cozy bed and fluffy pillows. Great climate control and thick windows for a great nights sleep even with flights overhead. They provided ear plugs but we didn’t need them as the windows were fabulous. Friendly staff at check in and housekeeping and every item you need. Perfectly clean and well appointed rooms (I’m picky too). It’s nice to see a hotel use space so effectively. Clearly a newer hotel and well done. You enter through a paid parking lot, just mentioned I was staying at the hotel and they waived me through. Even the parking staff was friendly and kind. I rented a car through Maggoire (also Avis and Dollar are the same brand) and I returned the car the evening before walking to our terminal next door. Best airport location ever for everything, parking and hotel and airport ease and rental car return. I will stay any time I’m flying out of Catania. Breakfast was included and we ordered off a small menu in the lobby. "

"They cancelled on us at the last moment, on the day we were supposed to check in. It was January 1st and I suspect that they simply did not want to work on that day. And we booked several months in advance! We had to quickly find another accommodation (far from what we anted in terms of quality) for an early flight from the Catania airport next morning. Terrible! I would give minus five points. Expedia was great help, though. Its representative gave us 150 One Cash points that we used right away for another hotel. "

"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."

"Convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. Good breakfast included in price. Staff were helpful. Fridge was noisy- I had to unplug it to get to sleep. Otherwise very good. "

"The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning."
