"We experienced an issue with our initial room assignment with a very strong cleaning solution that was used . I developed shortness of breath, chest pain and a rash about an hr infuse the room . We met with the front desk manager who was so kind , attentive and helpful - kudos to Andrea !! She immediately responded and provided us with another room which we were grateful for. She’s a 20/10 !!! For customer service. The breakfast options were great , tasty and the coffee was outstanding!! Staff we spoke with were cordial, friendly and polite… On check out we were greeted with a “ how was your stay “ a thank you for staying and wishing us a safe trip home. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area .👏👏"

"I will definitely return to this hotel if ever in this area. It had a lovely social hour when we got there,complete with wine, snacks and the company of other friendly residents. We had a very quiet room, and used the fitness room which was small but very adequate. I’d give it a 5 out of 5!"

"Room 127-The hot tub had brown foam floating on the top and there were no towels in the pool area. The pool area was overly crowded. We had a 1st floor parking lot view room and it was very loud at night with people yelling and revving their engines. Our room was for 5 so we had a pull out couch that the springs were nearly poking out of and there was not a comforter provided. When I asked the front desk for one he didn’t think they had one but ended up finding one for us luckily. I took a Luke warm shower but then there was no hot water for the other four in our family to shower. The front desk said that it’s because the hotel was full and the hot tub was taking all the hot water. Positive notes- we were able to book tjis room last minute and I didn’t see any bugs in our room"

"It’s a holiday inn express you’re getting exactly what you need for a lower cost than some other hotels. Was out all day & only there for the night but everything was as expected. "

"Room was clean but poorly lit. Heat/AC was hard to regulate temperature. No way to leave a small light on at night. Bathroom lights are on timer. Breakfast was good and staff were amazing with solving my issus"

"Staff were very friendly. Room was kept clean, beds are super comfortable. The area is also very nice, access to a lot of different stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. "
