"We thought it may be better to move the gate opening mechanism to the middle of the driveway with 2 separate gates so that both sides can operate simultaneously. With the current setup, people who are trying to leave the hotel at the same time someone is arriving, have to wait on the person to use their key before the gate opens since the opening mechanism sits only on one side. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything was great! Thanks for a great stay."

"This hotel has a wonderful staff and I will give a special shout-out to Armando who has checked us in on our last 4 visits to Embassy Suites while we had appointments at UTSW Medical Center. When we got to our room we noticed a concern that we thought we should mentíon to Armando. I called the front desk and told him we would come down to the lobby to explain. "Nice hotel overall but my key stopped working twice and I was on the 10th floor, had to walk back down to lobby with my 5 year old, super exhausting and frustrating! Prices are kind of high and they include taxes and gratuity when billing you and tells you nothing! Still haven’t received a final bill and new charges appeared on my account from hotel!"

"The hotel was undergoing a new reconstruct. The paint in the building was dull and peeling. There were cracks in the ceiling and the carpet was filthy. The television and telephones did not work in some rooms and the bathroom flooded. My room was changed three different times on different floors, which was exhausting. As far as the amenities go, the whole five days that were spent at this hotel, the Jacuzzi did not work properly, and the staff did nothing to change that."
