the bed was dirty and was not clenaned. and frog and mouse are worst

I had a fantastic time, the room view is beautiful with the jungle right in front of your eyes, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. They also have a shuttle every time you need to go to Ubud Centre and to pick you up after. I would definitely come back.
