"A poorly run hotel with disengaged staff. Rooms need renovations. Rooms designed poorly. Very small shower and toilet. Night staff was rude and not interested providing good service. I would avoid this hotel."

"Very friendly staff. We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time so we inquired about luggage storage. The staff informed us that our room was ready. This was a huge help! We dropped our bags, grabbed a very helpful train station paper in the lobby, walked about 5 minutes to the train station and we were touring Zurich about 15 minutes later."

"The beds were really comfy the breakfast was nice. It wasn't as close to the airport as i wished but looked like they are building a through road . The staff were friendly and it was convenient for an overnight stop."
