"Das Hotel ist recht neu und modern. Allerdings alles nur auf den Zweck ausgerichtet: schlafen und nicht ohne etwas im Magen wieder abreisen. Sprich - spartanische Zimmereinrichtung - ähnlich einer Jugendherberge, Frühstücksraum ist eher eine Kantine (hoher Geräuschpegel, Ambiente, Interieur). Das Frühstück selbst war eher minimalistisch was die Auswahl angeht. Toll war der geräumige Fahrradraum."

"The hotel was great I especially liked the beautiful flooring and decor. The bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hotel restaurant which had a wonderful farmers green salad with the best house dressing ever. The food and the beer was great too so we ate there both nights while we were in town."

"Clean room and friendly staff. One side of the hotel has a gorgeous view of Neuschwanstein. A short drive to Hohenschwangau to visit the castles and overlook. The breakfast is definitely European/ German style but you can get cooked to order eggs. Cute playground and garden swing."

"ジュニアスイートルームに2泊しました。遠くにですが、お部屋からはノイシュバンシュタイン城とホーエンシュヴァンガウ城の両方が見えるのはとても貴重だと思います。レストランからもお城は見えてドイツの田舎の景色も良いです。 お部屋もゆったりしていて素敵です。お部屋にはバスタブが無いのは残念でしたが、5月なので大丈夫でした。観光に時間を使い、スパを利用する時間が無くとても残念でした。スパも良さそうでした。 次回は是非スパを利用したいです。 朝食はとても料理が美味しかったし、朝からスパークリングワインも飲めて良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。道路閉鎖の関係でタクシーを呼ぶのが困難だったのですが、帰りにフッセン駅まで送ってくださいました。お値段はお高いですが、素敵なホテルなので、また数年後帰ってきたいです。"

"Celebrated an anniversary and birthday while staying at the Waxenstein. An anniversary card and chocolates in our room and a special birthday breakfast table with champagne for my wife’s birthday. All unexpected but greatly appreciated. No doubt our future trip to Grainau will include a stay at the Waxenstein."
