The hotel is undergoing a bit of renovation, but the room has already been renovated and was in very good shape. The room is large and very comfortable and well furnished. All of the staff that I had encountered speak very good English and are very responsive.

Premium Hotel Ulaanbaatar
Clean and nice hotel. It seems that mist staff do not know English. So patience is a must.

Elegance Hotel
The hotel is decent but could use some maintenance and additional housekeeping staff. Examples include things like the exterior windows and door handles not being attached, or the fact I had to have my room key card re-authorized every day, and my rooms trash wasn't removed once in five days.

Urgoo Boutique Hotel
Excellent boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable. Good amenities, very nice bathroom. Restaurant on site was very good. Only steps from major attractions. Quiet street. Cannot wait to return
