"We had a great stay here as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and all staff members were so kind and helpful. My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! An Adepa driver picked us up from the airport and the hotel was also great about helping us book a driver to get around while we were there and even get to our next destination in Bali. "The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. And not to be forgotten, right after he fixed the toilet, he touched my bed sheet straightaway. "Love this hotel. Booked the 2 bed rooms unit. It's very nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great, we have dinner at the hotel too, and it's delicious. Staffs are very friendly, and they response quickly to your problem. What i love the most is the ambience, very peaceful and calm, good for us who wish to have a relaxing holiday. It's far from the beach and bustling nightlife, so I won't reccomend it for those who love beach and party. Will back to this hotel, next time i come to bali."

"We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome. Thank you!"
