"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. "The villa was beautiful and roomy. The staff was very attentive and kind. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for storage. The pool area was very pretty with all of the plants, although the water was a little too cold for us to spend much time in it. "The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. "We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome. Thank you!"
