Now on to the rest of my experience: the hotel is dated and not upgraded at all. The walls are paper thin so I could hear noise from every room close by. Speaking of noise, ugh! There was a large group or family in a room next to mine, they were blaring music and partying most of the night. There were kids crying in another room. Kids running up and down the hallways was another part of my evening. I guess you get what you pay for! "

Our son had just been in the hospital for three days and we were trying to make it easy on him and his other siblings by not traveling late at night. After having us come back downstairs with all our stuff, she made it seem extra inconvenient that I had booked through hotels.com and decided to give us the same room with a rollaway bed. I did my best to stay calm with her and thanked her for helping us. The bed was comfy, the room was big for five people, breakfast was pretty good, and checkout was simple."
