Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!

The owner was very helpful and was happy to spend time listening and then giving helpful advice. Always checking to see if everything was good. A very good host. Definitely recommend staying here. Clean and spotless.very friendly

I stayed here in Jan 2026 and it was the most beautiful stay. From the moment I entered this property to the moment I left, everything was just wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Clean, stylish, spacious and the service here was always good.

This was a few days away after doing some fairly demanding charity work in the Maasai Mara. The hotel was recommended by some friends and it did not disappoint. All the staff and general manager Mr Kunal were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond their duties. Even the security team made us feel safe and secure. We left our kids for few hours and they made sure they didn't leave the complex and we're kept safe. Joshua, Joe, Kunal, and the all the team in the kitchen catered for all our needs. Everything to be honest. All the staff were smiley and courteous, what ever their role they couldn't do enough to help. The aspect of the property was amazing and having breakfast served personally on your terrace outside your room was a great touch. The mattress was very comfy and the bathrooms were large. If in the area again I would stay again, 100%.

The hotel is very big yet beautiful. The rooms are spacious and we were pleased to find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Evening entertainment was great but also easily avoided if required. We also enjoyed the selection of pools and meals on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible staff nothing was too much to ensure my stay was amazing. The room was fantastic but would have liked not to have ask for the fridge or other listed things that weren’t in the room.! Main issue would be the lack of transport for solo travellers, the opportunity is there but not explored as we would love to book trips but are excluded The location may not be suitable for many but for my stay it was perfect

Welcoming and professional staff with 24/7 concierge service via WhatsApp. Well sized rooms, incredibly clean with good amenities (luxury shower kits, shaving kits, hair dryer, gown, slippers).
