"The property was good with one glaring exception. We checked in on Wednesday and was told that room cleaning only occurred every other day. That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. "Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay."

"Great place to stay. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to freeways and an easy place to get around East Lansing. Hotel is getting older and needs some refreshening. New pillows would be nice as well as some simple maintenance in the room."

"Pool was closed,only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool,maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place."
