"Booked for the water park and the accesible pools.
When we got there, we're told the water park was shut down but the pools and hot tubs had lifts.
Hot tub lift broke while my husband was in the hot tub. Took nearly an hour for anyone to come and switch the battery. Was told numerous times the pool lifts would be in working order for the next day. Again, not the case. It was hot and humid and once again he couldn't access the pool. We waited over an hour and no one showed up to assist....

"Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues...
