Top Union Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Regency Times Square
8/10 Good
"The hotel had no hot water for 24 hours, which was a big bummer. It was a problem that impacted several buildings, not specific to the hotel, but the staff seemed unprepared to answer guest questions. Overall, the staff was great, the hotel was clean and well maintained. It’s very much in the heart of Times Square but convenient walking to Rockefeller Center, Saks, 5th Avenue shopping. If you don’t mind real hustle and bustle, it’s great for the price."
Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, central, great water pressure in the shower on the 19th floor! Little annoying to have the facility fee and the “free” $15 credit in restaurant. Also a bag charge for holding bags after checkout. Overall, would stay here again if I could!"
