"This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting"

"The only thing Iiked about this hotel is that the guy that fixed the morning breakfast were so helpful and kind. I didn't like the fact that as soon as we got in our room; we noticed that the bathroom stunk. The smell to me was of a room that was cleaned with dirty water. My daughter said it smelled like urine. We reported it that night but didn't get anything done about it until the times of usual cleaning. Next, we asked for towels for 4 people but only got towels for 2 so we had to ask...

"Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties."

"This property should be condemned. It was filthy, disgusting, smelled terrible, and did not feel safe. We stayed for 2 minutes. Absolutely gross! Nothing like the pictures. We need a refund."

"Loved our stay ! The staff was very kind and professional. We really enjoyed our room, it was big enough for a family and the bed was soooooo comfortable, we slept great. We enjoyed the pool in the morning and the breakfast that was included. 100% will be returning when we come back to visit our friends."
