Staff was very nice and accommodating! We were in for a funeral and she was able to put the family together. Room was comfortable and had just what we needed. Reviews had us a bit scared but everything was just fine!

The room was dirty, food was left in the fridge from prior guest’s microwave was dirty. Mirror in the bathroom was smeared and not cleaned thoroughly. I didn’t have an iron. I’ll never stay again I’m going to Yelp.

Room did not have light bulbs in any of the lamps. Beds spread was dirty with paint splattered on it. Bathroom door would not close because hinges were bent. Hotel staff offered to moved us to a new room to fix the problem.

The staff was friendly but the seemed short staffed. There was no one available to check me in for my staff due to “staff change”. I had to wait for housekeeping to call a manager and get checked in over the phone. Clean towels are provided upon request only and you must pick up at the front desk. Mis information was provided about rooms to be cleaned. Still not sure if the rooms get cleaned upon request or every 3 days. My stay was 3 days and never had my bed made even after requesting it. My last night of my stay my room was partially cleaned and the door was left open.

soiled couch, torn leather on desk chair, broken soap dispenser and no tv remote. Got moved to another room and although that one was better, the phone did not work for me to call down to the front desk. The desk chair still had leather patches missed off, missing off the side of it, the luggage cart squealed at an unmerciful decibel so everyone in the hallway could hear me coming and going. Wi-Fi did not work in the room, so I end up using my hotspot. This location was wonderful and if the hotel were adequate, it would be a wonderful stay.

I was there 4 nights. Room was never serviced in that time. No towels were brought to the room. I had to go get them every day. I asked to speak to a manager two days in a row. I was told no manager was on site both times.

We had to change roons due to the uncleanliness of the room, and the broken amenities of the room. In doing so, the newly assigned room was not fully furnished with no shower curtain and a dangerously supplies blow dryer connection, as well as no sink stopper. The room was cleaner than the previous, however detailed cleaning was not complete, as behind the night stand had trash from the previous clients. The dresser drawers in both rooms tenanted were dangerously always opened, due to the instability of the room level. We made the best of our stay. We were told that a compensation would apply, however, DID NOT! We will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites again, especially our hometown Comfort. The only high ratings submitted pertain to the Breakfast. The food was excellent and the attendant ( female) was excellent , efficient, and kept the area very clean and she was great!

No extra pillows for sleeper sofa

My son was going to be sleeping on the sofa sleeper. We asked for an extra pillow. We were told they had no extra pillows. I asked 3 times and was told no. The next morning the staff told me all she had to do was get a pillow from the 3rd floor.

Parking is great and perfect location for our needs. Room was out dated and kind of dirty. The beds were pretty good and location is why I have booked again. Only some of the outlets in the room.worked but, it worked out. The sofa looked liked it was picked up from a dumpster. Thank goodness we didnt need the sofa. The shower was okay, old but water worked well.

There was a line at check-in with no staff in sight for ten minutes or so. Room was relatively clean, but not great. Hallways and other public spaces were not clean. Chlorine odor from the pool was overwhelming on the ground floor.
