"The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. Very friendly the hotel was clean breakfast was nice and coffee was hot and fresh. If i stay in Houston again it will be here. The only thing I see that can be improved is the shuttle from the airport. I had to call to get them to pick me up. Needs to be put on website for customers to call ahead of flight. "
