"Seems like a newly renovated place, very clean, had a nice gym on the floor. The staff was professional and courteous. Maybe a microwave could have been a good addition to the rooms utilities. The spa and resto options looked great, we did not have enough time to try that out. Overall a very nice place to stay with family."

"The guy at the front desk was very rude. Seemed annoyed every time we talked to him. Made it very clear that we were not members and treated as such . We were there for an event that got rescheduled because of the weather. When we spoke to him about our options he would get really short with us and say he can’t control the weather. Pretty much told us that we were not members and that we used Expedia, and acted like he wanted us to figure it out with Expedia. All we were asking about was a late...

"This hotel is certainly run down and could use some updates. The shower floor felt very spongy, like you could step right through it. We also found a pill in the room (assuming a gel Tylenol but not certain.) The carpet also felt a little damp- like it needed a dehumidifier for the room. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements were not as pleasant either. Easily heard our neighbors down the hall and upstairs at all times of the night. Unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodations."

"Room was nice, layout was a little odd but bed was comfortable and jetted tub was great. I guess I took my DnD placard off too late in the morning and did not get a turnover. Private parking, but sometimes struggled to get the personal door to work once inside. Breakfast was simple but good. Great location, had a good time and would recommend/stay again"
