"I stayed here for a short trip and overall it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The sheets were clean, but the room itself could have been cleaner.I did find leftover food in one corner. The bathroom was usable but clearly in need of renovation, with visible wear. The exterior of the property could use some attention as well. It felt a bit barren and would benefit from landscaping or general upkeep. Some areas around the rooms appeared cluttered, which took away from the overall impression. Overall, it’s a decent budget option, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and exterior presentation."

"Parking was a bit excessive, but that would be my only complaint with this hotel. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Coffee, packaged muffins, apples and banana and some yogurt. If you are expecting more, you need to go get your own breakfast. Grounds are in need of some serious landscaping and deferred maintenance , but over all, for the price and location, we would stay again for a quick visit to our student at U of A."

"Perfect downtown location!!! The property itself is really nice and bigger than it seemed considering it’s a two in one hotel. Breakfast was good. Parking is relatively cheap although we opted for metered street parking because it’s free after 7pm. The bars/restaurants in the area were amazing and walkable!!! Can’t wait to return to Tucson. First time and I had a ball. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"Great price for the convenient location. Everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It looked like everything had been renovated, which was nice. My only complaint was the bathroom shower drain pan was too small and not enough room for the walk in shower to drain so water poured out a little. We used the towel bath mat to barricade the water so it wouldn't run all over the bathroom. Everything was clean but maybe a little more cleaning of the floor because when we first walked in there it was a little dusty in the corners ,minor but I noticed . Staff was nice and breakfest was good."
