"The staff was very kind and had smiles for my son. It was my first time stopping in West Virginia, and I was pleasantly surprised. I choose it for the pool, but the pool is in the middle of the parking lot, so I don’t recommend it. but the staff were great and it’s very clean."

"This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe."

"The room was great. The outside of the property was a bit run down and the area was so-so. But, that is also practical and expected for the price point. I had a good night's sleep and got back on the road the next day without any issues, so it was a good experience."

"The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. "We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great."
