"Swimming pool wasn’t working"

"There was nothing good about this property calling a roach motel is giving it credit. It was disgusting. The staff was unhelpful and we ended up having to drive 200 miles back to this location to look for a cell phone that my Life360 showed was here but yet nobody had an office key or a key to the laundry facility when the phone showed that it was here. By far this place needs help and new management and also a good cleaning."

"Well if your a fan of Luke warm showers perfect place. Ran the water for about 10 minutes even after shaving it was still Luke warm. Decided that it wouldn't get much better but when it was time to rinse shampoo it warmed up. The room furnishings would be considered above average. The craftsmanship of the so called remodel was below average. There is a pool on-site and in the middle of June and 90 degree days it wasn't open. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. The 1st night my daughter was ready to...

"Loved it"

"Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms."

"We had a cabin with 2 double beds— very clean, refrigerator, good a/c, coffee maker. Comfy beds with 4 nice pillows! Not updated by modern standards but very nice! 1/2 mile from the very cool Cumberland Falls overlooks."

"The room was nice and clean. We had dogs so we appreciated the first floor walk out entrance. Breakfast was adequate, but the grounds could use some cleaning up. Only really noticed this because of the dog walk area. Would stay again."
