"We stayed in Room #1 in the main building w/ shared bathrooms. Upon arrival, I couldn’t find the front office. A guest told me I should have received an email or text with the room code and check-in instructions. I never received either. "Place was rundown and outdated. Pool was down due to maintenance, shower had slow drain, bed sheets had hair on it and found roaches in my room. Key badge to get into would randomly stop working so I had to go to the front desk twice to reset them. I was told since the pool was down due to maintenance, I would be comp one night free but was later charged for that night. The next morning I found a homeless using the sprinklers near my car to bath. Please avoid this place at all cost."
