"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay."

"The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing. I would definitely stay there again."

"The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The first morning room service did not come. The second morning they did come.

"I liked how the room was decorated and put together.
There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand.
Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one.
I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The whole process was probably the quickest I've ever checked into a hotel. I did find the air conditioning to be a little Annoying to get on. I don't also comes down from the ceiling, almost on top of the bed, it was a little intense. Also although the bathroom was very clean and it was a very nice shower setup, the shower pressure was non-existent."

"This hotel was one of the best in which I have stayed. Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. The mini fridge, the microwave, the iron, the ironing board, and the blow dryer were all used and worked and were a God-send to these under-packed travelers. Everything from the bedside lamp...
