"Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. "We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...

"Die Lage ist ruhig, das angrenzende Freibad sehr schön und preiswert. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Auch das Angebot zum Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu teuer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder."

"Rigtig dejligt hotel. Tæt på midtbyen, men stille og let at komme til og fra. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse, men fik et stort værelse med dobbeltseng + enkelseng. Værelset var nyrenoveret, pænt og med nye, gode senge. Stort pænt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var lækker og flot anrettet. Virkelig god betjening i restauranten, hvor tjeneren var meget serviceminded og hele tiden tjekkede buffeten og bordene. Vi spiste 1 aften på hotellet, hvilket også var udemærket. Vi havde 3 overnatninger, hvor...
