The building is lovely and in keeping with the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and serve you a plentyful breakfast, they even told us to make up some rolls for lunchtime.
The bed was comfy and the room size was fine, the bathroom was a bit snug but okay. Location is excellent, it's been extremely hot , so we have been out early when its cool, really good chilling in the park bar in the afternoon under the shade , in deck chairs watching the ships and birds on the Rhine. This was a great hotel looking straight onto the Rhine. My room was a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower and breakfast was excellent, even though I was in a rush due to the usual Deutsche Bahn cancellations and having to change my plans.
I used the swimming pool, which was excellent, and generally enjoyed my afternoon and evening there. Recommend it!
