Lockview Motel

"The room was spacious and clean and we got to park right in front of our room. It was also dog-friendly. They ran out but there was also a station to get plastic bags to pick up after your dogs. The pet fee was $40 per night and we had two dogs. This definitely was the cheapest option in the entire region and I am glad we booked it. They also had one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time in a motel. Hot biscuits and gravy, waffles, orange juice, muffins. Definitely thankful they provide good breakfast."

The Beach Inn Motel

"The Beach Inn was a decent motel in a great spot. It was a good place for a family stay, as long as you don't have the highest expectations. The beds weren't super comfy, the pillows were awful, the bathroom looked rough, and the A/C and heat didn't look very clean. Its was okay, though. A little extra love and this place would be awesome. The chairs outside by the lake were nice."

"This was our second stay at this property and I have to say it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. On top of that, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The coffee was hot and the room was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there anytime we are in the Munising area."

"Very nice room! Although I did not have a lake view, I was able to see the sunset with the beautiful turning leaves and a peak of the lake. At breakfast, which was a good variety, I was able to view the sun rising."
