My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient!
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel.
The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating.
We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here.
The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!"
