"Good location
Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table!
Agents not countable and very poor communication!
Would not stay again"

"NO WORKING WINDOWS
The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. "It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile.
