"It's such a shame because the Rose Cottage is in a great location but it was very tired and could do with a proper up grade. Cobwebs everywhere which I didn't mind but when I went to use cutlery, saucepans, glass jar they were dirty and I had to clean them. There's no dishwasher so maybe the previous people that stayed didn't know how to wash up by hand and the cleaner didn't check. "I had a lovely stay here with my mum. We had the siena suite and it was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. Was really nice to have the terrace and kitchenette aswell. We recieved a warm welcome from friendly staff who helped us up to the suite with our bags. Great central location and well priced too. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot."
