"The property showed some age and needs some renovations but it was clean, conveniently located, easily accessible and walkable, and priced right for the stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I have no complaints worth mentioning. And honestly somehow, whatever cable/satellite package they had was too notch. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. "
