"Nice hotel, but taking in consideration it is a 5 stars hotel, I believe there were some weak links. No activities for families, or kids, the cleaning service of the room was not consistent, we had to ask for toilet paper, they didn't offer slippers or bathrobe as at any 5 star hotel, when I asked for it, they charged extra. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, with wonderful staff."

"La atención espectacular, en especial Paula, el desayuno delicioso y tiene de todo pero además un toque samario todos los días, la habitacion impecable, tiene de todo, la ubicacion es la mejor el único hotel en frente al mar tan bonito felicitaciones!"

"Only one person I met at the hotel spoke English. I tried to communicate in Spanish as best that I could, and I know that it was not perfect, however, it is far from terrible. It only resulted in receiving strange looks and the restaurant staff not understanding my breakfast order. After I talked to two people at the restaurant, it only resulted in more frustration after which I decided to leave and not have a breakfast that was included in the price of the room."
