Deben informar que hay un bar ruidoso en planta ba

El lugar es cálido y amable a simple vista; no tuve información de que hay un bar en la planta baja que funciona hasta las 3.00 a.m., mi primera noche fue muy desagradable, con ruido intenso de música contínua de antro y gritos, me impidió dormir hasta que terminó el ruido y tenía que levantarme a las 6.30 para comenzar mis actividades a las 7.30 en un congreso al que asistía. Por la mañana solicité cambio de habitación y me la hicieron, la 2a. noche fue aceptable, el ruido no se escuchaba tanto y pude dormir. Ciertamente no regresaré allí. Aún por el precio esperaba algo mejor. El personal es educado y amable, no tengo queja.El ruido del bar en planta baja quita todo lo bonito que ofrece el aspecto de la casa en el día..

The description when booking was a queen bed , I’m sorry but it was a full size bed. We had to get another room just be comfortable, we decided on the room next door, the room was named “Maty” but the lock didn’t work properly and the staff didn’t tell us until we asked. The person on duty said “ oh yeah you have to lift the door a little so the lock can catch “ . I don’t mind an occasional house pet, but the cats that congregate at night and meow ALL NIGHT.. The boiler on site is not equipped for a hotel, I barely turned the water and it would start to get cold. Let’s get to the price, I booked my room through Expedia, I paid it up front when we decided to get the other room and asked to the person on site said the owner told her it 1755.00 in pesos, which is roughly about 101.00 as the pesos at the present time was 17.35. Later that day the person taking care of the hotel says we owe more the owner made a mistake and there it was the staffs responsibility otherwise the staff has to fork over the rest. It was not the staffs fault, if the owner was on site to take better care of her guests there would be no issues.

Ambiente tranquilo y familiar

Esta casita tiene la sensación de estar quedándote en casa de un familiar. Hay mucha tranquilidad y paz. Está ubicada en el centro de la ciudad. La mejor parte es cuando entras y te desconectas de lo que hay afuera. Su pequeño jardín está muy agradable para leer un libro o platicar. Después de las 7:00 pm es un tanto complicado el asunto del estacionamiento provisto pero nada grave.

WE were received with great friendliness and pleasure. we felt very welcome. the hotel is a beautiful typical Mexican House, which we enjoyed very much. THe breakfast was excellent. the art exhibition which was recommended is spectalucar and very different.

Hotel escondido en el centro de la ciudad

No soy muy dado a escribir reseñas de los hoteles que visito. Pero vale la pena hacer una excepción con la Casa Chikita, de Uruapan, Michoacán. Informo que la escogí porque es el único hotel en esa ciudad que acepta mascotas. Mi esposa, hija y dos amigas, viajamos acompañados por nuestros perritos Alux y Nikté. Se la pasaron muy bien: jugaron e hicieron sus cosas en el precioso jardín sin tener ninguna presión. Convivieron con dos gatitos residentes, con los refunfuños entre los huéspedes y los anfitriones. Pero no hubo ninguna bronca. Además, el hotel me apantalló por la amabilidad de la gente, su limpieza y circunscripción: a tres cuadras de la plaza principal y a otras tres en dirección contraria del Parque Barranca del Cupatitzio. Un coto con fuentes a granel, flores y vegetación abundante y verde, a pesar de estar al comienzo del invierno. Me encantó y, si algún día regreso a Uruapan, la bella, me hospedaré de nuevo en la Casa Chikita.

La vuelta a la mejor atención personalizada.

Este me parece un hotel en el que llegar a casa en la sensación más importante, te dan llave no para entrar a la habitación, sino ¡para entrar a la casa!; la la amabilidad, el ambiente agradable y la comodidad hablan de un lugar en el que tan sólo cerrar la puerta te da entrada a un lugar del que ya no quieres irte. ¿Lo más importante después del trato personal? Las puertas no tienen chapas, se puede dejar la habitación abierta y salir a disfrutar de la ciudad con la plena seguridad de que el único cambio en ella al volver, será el esmero con que fue aseada y ordenada ¡fabuloso!

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor, de hecho en una casa antigua habilitada como hotel, la atención muy buena, desayuno sencillo pero rico, solo algún detalle pequeño que ni siquiera vale la pena comentar, en general creo que fue buena elección.

Dueños y personal super amables. Estan al pendiente de los clientes y sus necesidades. Si buscan algo, que sea restaurant o papeleria, preguntanles y les van a ayudar. Conocen bastante y son muy accessibles. La casa esta preciosa, pertenecia al abuelo del dueño. La renovaron super bien. El desayuno que les sirven es continental, fresco y muy generoso. Definitivamente la pasamos super bien y si vamos de nuevo a Uruapan, con mucho gusto regresaremos alli !!
