"I personally don't like having to carry 25 kg of linen on my back across 400 m, and then spend one hour putting the linen on the beds, coming back to the reception because they did not give us the right set, puzzling over which linen goes where, etc. Sure they provide caddies, but they seem to always be taken or in a state of disrepair. "This is by any definition a magnificent property and it it is so beautiful and so well managed that any criticisms feel like nit picking. The staff cannot do enough, the rooms a lovely and the property itself is unforgettable. The only complaint is that the rooms are exceedingly dark and they would do well to either provide higher wattage bulbs or install reading lights on the beds. "
