"I had a plesant stay here. I was there for one night. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very minor issues in the bathroom as the sink faucet needed tightening and it looked like one of the pictures or mirrors in the room was missing. Overall a great place to stay."

"Bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the shower leaked a lot of water. Staff gave incorrect times for breakfast and happy hour, meaning we missed both. Overall, not a great stay."

"Air conditioning seemed broken in the main floors, staff shared there were recent safety incidents. Seemed drab."

"Everything was wonderful! Patio with a nice view of a green space, a veranda on our floor (6th), room was clean, bed was comfy with lots of pillows, complimentary breakfast and dinner were great too. The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. Definitely will stay here on our next trip to San Antonio!"

"Staff was courteous and good, but single man running the show in the entire hotel. Carpet, bedsheets, sofa were old and stained. 32 inch tv which was not working when we arrived and had to call front desk guy to come fix it. Also, of the front desk guy is gone to help someone, no one is available and new guests have to wait. We had to come back again as front desk guy had gone to help someone. I came back only because we had paid in advance else I would have not stayed at this place. "
