"We found our room to be clean and comfortable. The view out of the large window was amazing! The bed was comfortable. We did ask for an additional towel, as only 2 were provided, but we received it within minutes. The breakfast buffet was large and had everything you could want. "We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay. Room was compact but comfortable . Bed and bedding were comfortable. Room was quiet. Appreciated the hangers and hooks to hang things on. Shampoo/bath products were wonderful. I would have given a 5-star for everything, except we did have 2 dirty glasses in our room upon arrival that had clearly been missed when room cleaned from prior guests. The fitness centre had everything we needed, although we found the room a bit warm - gets hot quickly once you start working out. Otherwise perfection - incredible breakfast and location. Easy to walk to from Ferry terminal and easy walk to old town."
