"Most staff were friendly while some were grumping who were serving Monday morning breakfast. Breakfast choices were better the second day if they had enough to serve everyone and kept stocked. I had to ask for items to be refilled just have them run out again 2 mins later with all the guest and the items were not refilled again before she closed the station down with 15 mins left of breakfast time which was only 2 hours to access. "

"This hotel wasn’t too bad. It was clean inside and during our stay it was cleaned very well each day so kudos to whoever does the housekeeping there. Someone had smoked in our room previously so that was pretty unfortunate but that’s not the hotels fault. I found the communication between the staff to be fairly lacking - we got a 11 pm text about our work trailer blocking too many spots in an empty parking lot and a complaint about not having our dog on file even though I claimed him both on...

"I booked a studio, but there was no refrigerator no microwave, not a studio TV did not have a remote. I'm very basic.."

"The breakfast you pay for is the same as the one served at other properties for free. The shower water pressure is minimal. However, the pool was clean, the rooms were pretty quiet, and the property made the team feel safe! "

"They over booked the room that we paid for. I booked a room with a jet tub as my fiancé ran a spartan race and i knew that he would be sore. He looked forward to it the whole drive to the hotel. When we checked in they said because we booked through expedia they overbooked the jet tub room and "upgraded" us to a "suit" which was just a room with a living room attached the tv didnt work in the living room part and the ac in both rooms didnt work. Maintenance came and fixed the one in the room but...

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."

"Dirty, towels didn’t look washed as they had stains all over, tv didn’t work, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I never leave negative reviews but I Wouldn’t recommend. "

"It’s clean and nice. Just repeatedly fire alarm is annoying. I locked myself out since I had to quickly to get out due leaving my key inside. Th manfully staff is helping me to return to my room."

"Had to change rooms because of broken lamp with wire exposed. Shower head leaked and sprayed the walls and ceiling. Clearly, regular maintenence and room checks do not happen."

"This is a low budget inn and you get what you pay for. I was very happy overall but I had very low expectations. There were some bugs by the sink, but the room was clean (very run down with duct tape repair of the bathroom floor). The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The location was awesome, easily within walking distance of the airport. The easiest way to get there was to go to the metro station and exit at the ground level, it is less than a 0.2 mile walk from there."
