Clean rooms, clean sheets, thoughtful - toiletries, toilet paper etc. Not your shiny Holiday Inn but quite adequate. Booked via Expedia, check in was quick. The rooms had the basics, but were not clean (except for the sheets), borderlining dirty also in the washrooms, and with no toilet paper. We found /got rid of two cockroaches.
