Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). "Excellent newly built independent hotel just steps away from Uliassi and the lungomare. Rooms are clean and large with generous balconies, and they seem to all have ocean views. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Consider booking the spa for an hour, it’s a cool space with a view of the town plus a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold shower."

"Reception folks were great, friendly, helpful, room was great. Location was very close to where we were doing business so that worked well. I would say the only downside really was the restaurant. We had a 4.5 h drive from Milan and arrived just before 9pm, last entry was 9:30 so we got there about 9:20, it just all felt a bit rushed and obviously kicking out time soon. The food was ok. Breakfast was the worst, there was virtually no choice, was really disappointing and i had 1 egg and 1 slice of bacon just to eat something, business partner had nothing as the choice was so poor. Overall - I would stay here again but probably would plan to have breakfast elsewhere and get to the restaurant sooner in the evening or eat out. "
