"Great location, quiet, close to shops. However no reception staff on duty at 3pm on a weekday. We locked ourselves out of our room tried to contact thrm by phone and email. No response. Luckily a fellow guest helped us. Also a group of youths were accessing the secure property without authorisation. Reported this the next day, they said they knew about it, but obviously hadnt taken too many steps to fix the issue, which was a little unsettling"

"Very friendly personnel, nice place, but my room at the motel part was not so nice : only one ridiculously small window that if opened was easily for someone to unlock safety lock at door ( for a single woman travelling made it a bit worrying), not opening the window: made room too hot to sleep. Also that window gave no privacy as it's along the door unless you unroll the blinder and make the room dark. "What a fantastic hotel. Very clean. Numerous things for the children to keep themselves occupied with such as table tennis and a pool table. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'd definitely go back. Plenty of parking."

"Love the old building remember in from when I was a child. Great facilities, breakfast and cheap good wine. The only thing I would like to improve is the cleaners of the showroom. That is probably due to to many young people taking showers forgot to clean up after them selves but an amazing stay would definitely recommend it to anyone."

"Personeel was er nauwelijks. Ontbijt zelf was prima, maar erg ongezellig. Kamer was schoon, maar erg krap. Parkeren was oké. Inchecken ging heel erg moeilijk en was het hotel zelf niet bereikbaar. Het is echt een conferentiecentrum en niet echt een hotel voor vakantiegasten."

"Almost excellent. Charming. Beautifully decorated. Convenient to Aarhus & Silkeborg. Rooms could have used a lick of fresh paint and bathrooms needed updating. Also a vacuum in the hallway. Dinner in the dining room was very well prepared, albeit with a limited menu. Could easily be so much more. Still, we enjoyed it more than the star ratings suggest. So romantic!"

"Location could not be better. Very nice room ( suite) clean and with great service from across members of staff. Strongly recommend getting a room facing the square or the inner courtyard as opposed to the rooms facing the street with cafes and bars. Breakfast buffet impressive in terms of variety and quality of the offerings"

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The building had radiant heat, so no controls in the room. However the rooms had balcony doors that could be locked open to let cool air in. The bath was small but the beds were very comfortable. The location was close to the waterfront, central station and food. I felt very comfortable and safe."
