"They canceled our reservation as our plane was landing. When we called to tell them our arrival time, they said they were closed for renovations. I'm not sure what to believe, but we had no other communication with them. No follow-up, no apology."

"Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea.
Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive.
This resort is highly recommended."

"We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright.
Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape.
The staff was nice and helpful.
The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore.
Despite of this I totally recommend...
