After I complained, the hotel moved me to another room the next day, but unfortunately it was also in poor condition. "Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!"
