"We had requested early check in but never heard back that it was confirmed and apparently it was not. The room was lovely when we got in, great balcony, nice pool space. Loved the breakfast and the seating outside looking at the mountains. Great GF restaurant across the street for pastries and lunch. Very cool art and tile in the bathrooms, it was nice to not be in a basic room and feel more connected to Arizona."

"I love this property! Pool side service was terrible, very slow and it appeared there were only a couple of servers working. The pool had a lot of people. Food is good as well. The valet was excellent and the help was too!"
