"This is a very basic facility. The small rooms don’t have a kettle, glasses, Kleenex, TV, but do have shared kitchen and eating area. Staff did empty the trash and provide fresh towels after 3rd day."

"We stayed at a double deluxe room w fantastic view of Bergen. We can see all the colorful houses, the waterfront, the port, n even the cable car n platform up the mountain. The room was spacious n clean enough but we did find a used mask inside one of the cabinet. 😰 I also want to mention that the shower doors were not the best so water ended up everywhere outside of the shower stall. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices n fresh items. The location was also good - near the new side of town w shopping n the seafood market, but still it is not far from the old city center - in general, the hotel is well located."

"We booked 2 different stays at this location during our stay in Norway. Our second stay was for one night and my husband noticed the gentleman checking in before us was given a discount on his parking. My husband then asked if we could also get a discount since we were parking our rental car over night and we were accommodated. Unfotunately, during our first 3 day stay we weren't told about a parking discount."
