"Accommodation was ok, although it did not look anything like the photos.
Also had to clean the sofa before making the bed which was not ideal on the first day.
The flat was small & compact and not ideal for anyone over 5ft really.
The toilet and separate shower rooms very small & tight.
Very basic set up in the kitchen but had everything needed to make a meal if needed.
One big thing missing was any air conditioning, being at the top was very hot and only had 3 small fans.
No natural daylight into the flat as when kitchen window is opening it’s blocked by growing plants.
Window in lounge also did not open well due to sofa being in the way.
Very tight and awkward mezzanine floor to get to the bed on hands and knees
A smalls and very tight steps up to the 2nd bedroom but this could be accessed by another door.
As a base to stay it was ok for a short trip."
"Novotel Hotel Paris Centre was conveniently located a 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and to the mall. The hotel property and room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The property had 2 wonderful restaurants. A clean gym and swimming pool. Definitely a great experience. We would definitely stay there again."
"Perfecto para familias, son como pequeños piso ( apartamentos) muy cómodos, bastante espacio. Para una familia de 4, cama y sofá Cana muy cómodos. Cocina equipada y lo mejor son las vistas, la tenía parcial hacia la torre, pero igual de cualquier lado tienes vista hacia todo paris. Hermoso. Muy cerca de la torre y lugar muy seguro. Recoemndado"
"Convenient to stadium. Helpful staff. Convenient to metros.
Some dining options nearby which are decent.
Clean very spacious room with Eiffel Tower in the far distance was nice."
"Our "family" room was a good size (3 people for this trip, but could fit 4). The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is unusual in that it has two entries, one of which is a curtain that is semi-transparent and faces the glass shower... The glass shower also has one side partially open, so you'll need to stand right in the corner to avoid soaking the floor. The room fridge included bottled water, 2 sparkling and 2 regular, in large glass bottles! We filled our reusable water bottles with the regular water and ice from the ice machine on our floor for day trips and enjoyed the sparkling water in room at the end of a long day.
The hotel was located just a 5 minute walk from Gare Monparnasse, shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff were all helpful and front desk was also accessible via WhatsApp! We were able to store our luggage securely when we arrived earlier than expected. I liked how we could tap our room keys on the elevator controls to automatically and easily get one of many elevators straight to our floor.
One downside: we didn't try the Umami breakfast buffet, but had planned to visit the "Grab + Go" counter to pick something up before a couple of early morning departures for a timed entry. Unfortunately they failed to open at 7am that Saturday as posted in their hours, and after waiting 20 minutes we had to scramble to go elsewhere to find breakfast before heading to our destination.
Overall an excellent stay!"
"This is a really excellent hotel, particularly if you are going to Disneyland. The studio apartments are immaculate and the little kitchen is such a bonus for making packed lunches and having breakfast in your room. There is a really excellent bakery just next door to the hotel but FYI, it’s closed on Sundays! There is a small supermarket just around the corner from the hotel, 5 mins walking distance that has all the essentials you need. The bus to Disney goes from right outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.
One negative point…The hotel does serve breakfast albeit expensive and there was some confusion with our booking on the first day as we thought we were having breakfast but it turns out we weren’t booked in. We were confronted by two very rude female staff in the dining room demanding our ticket, one then followed us back to our room shouting at us and asking for our ticket, I was returning to reception to sort it out and had to ask the lady to stop chasing us as my daughter was uncomfortable with that."
